High quality photos are your first impression! Properly staged and edited phots will engage potential buyers and entice them to want more. 8-10 high quality attractive photos will generate more showings than 20 poor quality cell phone or cheap digital photos. Proper photos are taken using high quality DSLR cameras, wide angel lenses and professionally edited in programs such as Lightroom and Photoshop. Large external camera flashes and light stands will aide in getting the proper light essential for pre-edited photos. Our Photos will make your kitchen look bigger, rooms look nicer and your landscaping look brighter…..you won’t even recognize your home!

CUSTOM HD VIDEO

Real estate listings with video receive 403% more inquires then those without! Now more than ever, video is an essential source of advertising. A nice listing ad without video is like having a Lamborghini without an engine! Video can be done in several different ways. What we call a “glamor video” is edited with transitions, information banners and music to provide a clean professional look to be distributed to clients, social media or websites. This type of video requires high quality HD camera equipment, proper lighting equipment, microphones, and expensive video editing equipment and software the average agent doesn’t have. Another low-cost video option and arguably the most effective is a simple video walk-through tour or Facebook live video using a smart phone. Regardless of the type of video being used, it is advertising you can’t go without! Social Media video is 1200% more likely to be shared than images and text combine, and agents are not using it! AERIAL PHOTOS & VIDEOGRAPHY

Listings using drone video are 63% more likely to sell! Our team leader John DeMay is an FAA private pilot and UAV (drone) pilot. John is also the owner of SkyDog drones, a licensed and insured aerial drone company. This allows our team to provide breathtaking photographs and video that are licensed, and FAA approved for adverting purposes! Any drone picture or video used in real estate advertising must be taken by a licensed UAV pilot. 3D TOURS

3D tours will create an immersive experience for buyers that will be 95% more likely to call on your listing! In the age of technology 3D virtual tours allow buyers to see your entire house without having to schedule a physical showing. You might think having fewer physical showings is a bad thing, but it is not. Keep in mind, serious buyers who are still interested in your listing after viewing a virtual tour will either make an offer or will schedule a physical showing.
